I was hired as a waitress in Cafe Buzz in bajada last week,, we started working last Monday. At first I think that I will not like my job because I honestly not on the culinary or on the HRM field. But the time my employer said that i can become a Barista I think to myself and said "why not". Since I work in the Davao International Airport as a Coffee Shop In charged Id learned how to make coffee, then I really like to do one especially when designing something in the foam of the milk above the coffee with the coffee crema. It really smells good, and taste "Deliscioso", WoW. This afternoon we make Iced coffee and blended coffee. Its very very good when we mixed with flavored liquids.
Our coffee beans are imported. Its from Australia that's why our coffee i think expensive but not much lolz. Not like the other coffee shop they use only ordinary beans made from here so it cost very much lesser than our beans. Our Coffee beans will range 900-1300 pesos per kilo. Very expensive i think, of course there are lots of beans that is much expensive than this but imagining the price it will amaze filipino coffee growers here specially the consumers.
Staring this kind of busines is very hard specially when your employers are korean and first timers of this business. I help them always. advising some things to make the shop better Char!
Anyway no matter how expensive and hard it is the important is i can learn a lot of things to this job.
hehehhe... malay natin magkaroon ako ng own biznez just like this :)
